Exec msdb..sp_help_job @.execution_status = 1 -- just edxecuting
or
Exec msdb..sp_help_job @.execution_status = 0 -- not idle or suspended

exec sp_who2
Shows CPU, blocks.
Or use the Enteprise Manager, Management / Current Activity /
Processes.
BTW, those are not referred to as "jobs", but as "threads", or
"processes", or "spids".
