I am sending http://myservername/Reportserver to all the end users.

Any help will be appriciate
Thanks! All I do is click on Show Details button
Go to the properties of the data source or report (just to the right of the
checkbox is where you can click to get to the properties).
You will see a checkbox for hide in list view.

http://yourservernamehere/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx
If so, then the instructions I gave you are what you want to do.
If you are doing it this way:
http://yourservernamehere/Reportserver
Then the question I have is why. The first is the way you get the portal
provided by MS and is the user friendly way to get to the reports. If you
want to do it the second way then I have no solution for you.
